How long does my order take to ship?

The creation of your bespoke piece of artwork typically takes 3-4 weeks. Great art is a labor of love, and I believe in delivering not just a product, but an experience. The extended production time allows me to pay close attention to every brushstroke, ensuring the final piece exceeds your expectations and becomes a lasting treasure.

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe journey to your doorstep. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but all will be sent first class signed for.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I do not offer international shipping services. My current shipping capabilities are limited to the United Kingdom only. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. I hope it can be something I can offer in the future.

What is your return policy? 

I do my utmost to ensure all of my wood slices are free from any cracks, blemishes and are fully intact at every stage of the process. I will not send your wood slices in any other condition but perfect. As a natural material, however, wood can develop cracks over time and if not cared for in the right way. Please see how to care for your wood slice here.

In the unlikely event your wood slice does develop a crack which causes significant damage to the painting, I will offer a full refund or replacement, within the first 30 days of you receiving your order.

If the outer bark peel breaks off, I will refund the value of the materials needed for repair, within the first 30 days of you receiving your order. Bark peel can easily be repaired by wood glue so please make sure you keep the pieces in the unlikely event this occurs.

After 30 days of receiving your wood slice, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or repairs. I unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for natural changes to the wood.

I advise you consider choosing the resin finish option at point of purchase to enhance the longevity of your product.
